- Plan, execute, and Manage the adaptation clinic component of the program to address technical solutions for the farmer’s immediate problems and long-term climatic challenges.
- Provide necessary technical support on crop management including cropping plan, disease, pest, and fertilizer management at farmer’s field.
- Prepare technical training modules on crop production technologies and provide training and orientation to the program participants.
- Support program development team in designing climate adaptive agriculture interventions for the smallholder farmers to increase yield, income, and resilience.
- Promote agri- mechanization and improved storage facilities both at the community and household levels.
- Participatory, site-specific mapping, beneficiary selection, and mobilization of community-based management structures for climate-adaptive agricultural solutions.
- Strengthen climate-resilient value chains and market linkages for alternative, resilient livelihoods.
- Establish and maintain a quality liaison and coordinate with local, regional, and national level stakeholders.
- Supervise and Monitor the project activities related to the project outputs and outcomes.
- Bring innovations to the farmers’ fields to make them resilient to climate change impacts.
- Conduct a socio-economic study on the adoption of best practices and evaluation of climate-smart technology at farmers’ fields.
