Harvesting is an important work in the fields. A UK firm is grappling with a severe staff shortage due to Corona and Brexit broke .. To overcome this shortage, massive recruitments have been released. The firm is offering 62 thousand pounds i.e. 63 lakh rupees annually to its employees. Due to the huge salary, these jobs are luring people. Actually this firm supplies fresh vegetables to most of the supermarkets in the country. Work is being affected due to shortage of staff. Two separate advertisements have been issued for the job.
The first advertisement stated TH Clements & Sons Ltd based in Lincolnshire, London is looking for ‘operatives’. The company is looking for plucking cabbage and broccoli harvesters from the farm. Candidates will be paid £30 an hour when they get the job. This means that working eight hours a day and five days a week, candidates can earn 1200 pounds per week.
In the second advertisement, applications have been sought for field operatives for ‘Broccoli harvesting’. The company said that this is a full term job.
