Diversified Agriculture Mala (Market Garden) Farmer Description:
Looking for an individual passionate about local food production in Hawai’i! Responsible for daily task execution including but not limited to irrigation, planting, harvesting, fertilizing, weeding, pest and disease management, and general site maintenance. Crops can include but are not limited to fruits, vegetables, ornamentals, and small livestock. May also assist in aquaculture ponds and/or lo’i.

Minimum Qualifications:
Agricultural plot maintenance experience preferred to include herbicide/fertilizer application, weeding, seeding, transplanting and harvesting. Ability to do intensive manual labor for duration of shift. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Schedule:
Full Time. Open availability to include weekends and holidays required.
