Last Resort Farm

We are seeking hardworking candidates for this years full time Farm Crew team. The Farm Crew will work both under the supervision of the production and wash&pack managers on all tasks related to production and wash&pack, as well as independently on a wide variety of tasks related to normal operations of the farm.

These are full time and part time positions beginning May/June. The full time work schedule will be Monday through Friday, though you may occasionally be asked to work on either a Saturday or Sunday during PYO season. The season will end November 17th though there is potential for winter work.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong work ethic
• Passion for sustainable agriculture
• Team-player
• Self-starter
• Flexibility in schedule
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in all weather conditions

Compensation: $14-18/hr dependent on experience, plus farm produce(seconds), a farm shop discount, and farm gear
